Even back then, it was clear that those who think ahead build better. This attitude has been passed down through all generations. In 1969, Hans Peter Scharmann \u2013 the founder's nephew \u2013 took over the reins and led the company through the dynamic decades of German infrastructure development. Since 2003, Rolf Scharmann has been at the helm of the company in the third generation.
